| Dr. Chandra Kant Ameta did his MBBS from RNT Medical College, Udaipur, Rajasthan in 1988 and MS in Orthopaedics in 1993 from S. P. Medical College, Bikaner, Rajasthan. For 18 yrs he served Rajasthan Government and then took VRS in 2012, after that he established A.O. Hospital. He did his fellowship from AIIMS in 2007 in Sports medicine and Arthroplasty. Total Experience: 25 years in Orthopaedics Special interest: Trauma, Hand surgery and Paediatrics He has been faculty for various conferences, seminars, workshops and courses including ROSACON, Ameta Orthopaedic Hospital and IOACON. At present, he is honorary president of ROSACON and was honorary secretary for consecutive years for ROSACON. He participates regularly in various National, International conferences to keep pace with current orthopaedic knowledge and updates. Hand and Foot Surgery: Dr. C.K. Ameta is doing regularly reconstructive surgery specially mechanical mining and road traffic injuries. He has experience of more than 25 yrs. beside this he has interest in limb trauma surgery. Regular replacement surgeries of knee and hip are done at his hospital . Arthroscopic surgeries are also performed at his center. He has fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopy from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). |
