Important Instructions for babies

  • Mother's Milk is the best food for babies up to 6 Months

  • After 6 Months food along with Mother's milk can be given for proper Mental & Physical growth, Consult your paediatrician for same

  • Do not give Gripe Water, Opium or Bala goli

  • During illness like chicken pox, small pox, diarrhoea, vomiting, jaundice, Seizures during fever don't go by blind faith, consult your paediatrician

  • Babies dosage are decided depending upon age, weight, type of disease, severity of disease, do not alter the dosage, Therapy is to be completed strictly as advised

  • For complete recovery don't stop taking medicine even though patient is feeling good with therapy

  • Don't inter change medicine between babies without doctor's advice

  • If any side effects noticed during therapy consult doctor immediately

  • Consider followings as signs of serious illness

    • Baby stopped taking feeding

    • Difficulties in breathing,

    • Crying continuously,

    • Seizures,

    • Sedation,

    • High grade fever for long time,

    • Anuria - nonpassage of urine

Dosage Measurement Chart:

  • 2.5 ml = half Spoon,

  • 5 ml = 1 spoon,

  • 10 ml = 2 spoon
